design is in answer to a brief tooffer the Doctor
Who fan the Dr Who experience and inspire them to explore
the website, while focusing their attention on product.

(www.dwfiles.com) We designed the website around the Tardis control panel, which answers the two main objectives of the brief; gove the user the Dr Who experience and encourage the user to explore the site therebye showing them more about what the aprtwork has to offer. The partwork consist of 2 DVDs ever 2 weeks and the site offers the latest DVD clips.
Rich updated content encourages the user to return, for example desktop wallpapers are uploaded regularly and users can download a Dr Who screensaver which is remotely updated by Fabbri with offers and news on the partwork. The website also offers Viral games, which can be played and users details requested at the end of each game for a high score table.
Data capture ensures that users details are stored for future promotional use. A digital version of the partwork magazine is also on offer with a bespoke magazine viewer designed and programmed by Origin. The user can subscribe online and receive a preview of the magazine before anyone else, plus have access to a searchable encyclopedic archive of all past partwork editions.
