InTouch is an independent feedback service allowing constructive dialogue between employees and management. We designed and developed the brand and image from the very beginnings of the company.

(www.peopleintouch.co.uk) The website echoes the telephone service, whereby users can anonymously converse with each other using id codes and numbers. InTouch is a multinational organisation and as such the website feedback service is programmed to operate in 18 languages. InTouch’s web-service clients include: Virgin Trains, Royal Mail & Bupa to name just a few. Due to the nature of the sensitivity of the anonymous messages and replies, all data is held on a secure server and never leaves the confines of that security

All personal data is held on a secure server and messages do not leave the secured area. An email notification is received by the client who can check and respond to the messages online i.e. messages of a sensitive nature never leave the confines of a secure server
